22 Weeks

How far along? 22 weeks
Maternity Clothes? Yes!! I bought some more shirts at Kohls and went up another size since I am only getting bigger :-p lol

Stretch marks? Nope.. I have tried my best to use the lotions for stretch marks to be safe... but can not stand the smell of it! I am going to try my best... but have only used it maybe 4 times so far!
Sleep: Still having A LOT of dreams... which is making it hard to fully rest well. Everytime i wake up in the middle of the night (which is about 4 times lol) I start another dream.
Best moment this week: Having an extra long weekend because of the Thanksgiving holiday. It was wonderful having more time spend with Colby and our family.
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? I would have enjoyed a glass of wine during Thanksgiving :-)
Movement: Yes! Baby girl moves all the time and I LOVE it!!! :)

Food Cravings: Fruit!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!

Happy or Moody most of the time: So very happy!
Looking forward to: Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the most wonderful time of the year :)

Other News: We signed up for the classes at the hospital today for "prepared childbirth." It starts in January! I am excited to learn and feel a bit better about what to some what expect for labor and delivery. PLUS... I REALLY want to see Colby with the pregnancy suit on ;-) Don't worry... I will DEF take pics to share! :)

 

This Week's Pic: As many of you know... I was a dancer and Colby was and still is big into soccer. Of course, we are hoping for a baby girl that will enjoy atleast one of them :) or both!!!! I thought it would be cute to include it in this week's chalkboard about all of her movement!

Sleep: Not so great... having waaaay too many dreams. Hoping this will end soon :)
Best moment this week: Went to the doctor and got great news! Baby girl is healthy and well!!
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? Enjoying Plaza... I tried again this week. I ate it.. but it was just okay... :-/
Movement: Yes! All the time!!!!!!! :) :)

Food Cravings: Nothing really this week!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope... even though Mexican still isnt wonderful

Other news from the doctor....

Baby girl is measuring in the 40th percentile for size. (50% is average so the doctor was very happy with that!) Dr said she wouldn't be the biggest baby born that day. I am just fine with that :) LOL She is also measuring perfectly. I am also up 10 total pounds!

20 Weeks

How far along? 20 weeks
Maternity Clothes? Yes! Maternity pants... and buying regular shirts in a bigger size.... for now.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: Great!
Best moment this week: Some of the "big kids" (4-5 year olds) at school are actually realizing that I have a baby in my belly. Their faces light up and they have been giving me extra smiles & hugs lately! :)
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? Being able to stay up for "events" I just can't hang late at night lol
Movement: Yes! She was moving a lot this weekend :)

Food Cravings: Root beer floats!!! YUMMMOOO

For the record... I feel like I look way bigger in this pic then I actually am.... lol. Also... heartburn started last week. It comes and goes... mostly at night. It's not fun... maybe a little girl with hair?!?!? :)

Sleep: Amazing! I have been getting the best sleep ever lately!!!! <Knock on wood>
Best moment this week: Our baby girl is getting spoiled already with gifts :) I love getting presents for our baby girl!

Miss Anything? Tanning stil... I don't think that will change.
Movement: Yes! I felt the baby move two times today!

Food Cravings: Doughnuts... and more doughnuts!

Gender Reveal Party

We had our gender reveal party two days after Colby & I found out the gender of our baby. It was soooo hard keeping the secret from EVERYONE... but it was beyond worth it!

Old Wives Tales for a boy and girl... I circled the one that was me. It was 50/50... so not much help!

 

Everyone signed in under which team they were on. Everyone also wore that color to the party. It was so much fun!

The girls had to change a diaper...

 

The boys had to chug beer from a baby bottle. It was hilarious!

Halloween Costumes

This year for Halloween... we (...let's be real... I) wanted to do a couples costume that also involved the baby. The shirts with the skeleton babies kind of creep me out... so that wasn't going to happen. So... this is what I came up with. LOL... It was cheap.. and easy! Our friends loved it :)
